ULO Foods offers premium, healthy and homemade food products like protein powder, milk masala, nutritional powder, tea masala, biryani masala including dry fruits, nuts, and other natural food items.

3. Ordering

Customer can place Orders through our website (www.ulofoods.com) or through direct contact.

After order confirmation if any changes need to be done then need to drop request immediately. Changes will be subject to approval based on the processing stage.
4. Pricing & Payment

All prices that are listed on ULO foods website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and they are inclusive/exclusive of the applicable GST, as stated on the product or checkout page.

Depending on the market conditions and the availability the prices may subject to change that too without prior notice.

Payments need to be completed at the checkout with the help of available payment methods, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other approved digital payment options.

ULO Foods will not save the payment details of the customer. All the transactions will be processed securely with the help of trusted third-party payment gateways, unless it is clearly authorised by the customer for repeated transactions.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Order cancellation will not be possible by ULO foods once it has been placed on the website

Delivery timelines differ depending on the location and on the courier availability.

For any delays that are caused by the external delivery partners, ULO Foods is not responsible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Only damaged or incorrect items or defective products are eligible for return that too within 5 working days from the date of product delivery date, in such case please contact ULO foods within 24hours of product delivery with photos and other information.

Refunds or replacements will be done only after verification. If you prefer refund then it will be processed through Razor pay or direct bank account within 15 working days
7. Quality Assurance

All the products and its packing are inspected before its dispatch.

We won’t compromise on hygiene, freshness, or packaging standards.
8. Allergens & Safety

Some of the products may contain allergens (nuts, seeds, etc.). So, please read the labels carefully.

ULO Foods won’t save the banking, UPI, debit or credit card details. Processing of payment will be done securely through RBI-approved third-party payment gateways. We only receive the status of payment confirmation.
